Introduction

Corrosion happens when oxygen and moisture mix, creating what is commonly known as
rust. When this moisture and the oxygen are sealed out, an object is protected from such
atmospheric corrosion and thus its life is extended.
EP 810 Bolt and Nut Corrosion Caps are designed and manufactured to prevent the corro-
sion of bolt studs and hexagon nuts.

showing signs of corrosion! Using EP 810 Bolt and Nut Corrosion Caps in conjunction with
corrosion resistant grease will inhibit further corrosion. More details available on request.
Installation

EP 810 Bolt and Nuts Corrosion Caps offer maximum rust protection for both bolt studs
and hexagon nuts. The vertical locking lip secures itself under the hexagon nut creating
anti-vibration protection and the perfect anti-corrosing seal over the bolt stud and hexa-
gon nut connection.
